According to a Rolling Stone article yesterday, Biden is pledging to pressure Senators to take action to pass the For the People Act, and to reform the filibuster to get it done.

“They [the White House] appreciate that the electorate that showed up for Joe Biden in 2020 now wants to see Joe Biden show up for them in 2021,” said Representative John Sarbanes, author of the For the People Act.
