Welcome to another edition of FT Now! This week, we saw more important developments across the country - so let’s get to work! First up, Gov. Finally, 19 GOP Governors slammed Biden's unconstitutional order.

Abbott Signs Texas’ Voting Reform Bill Into Law, Ending Tense Political Fight
What Happened:
After a months-long political battle, Gov. Greg Abbott has finally signed Texas’ voting reform bill into law.
Why You Should Care:
The new law rescinds many of the voting measures Texas cities put in place during the COVID- 19 pandemic and reforms the state’s mail-in voting and polling place systems. While there was intense Democrat opposition to the bill, Gov. Abbott made sure that it passed: "One thing that all Texans can agree on is that we must have trust and confidence in our elections."
What Happens Next:
While voting rights advocates have already sued to throw out the bill, it will likely remain law in the solidly red state.

Businesses Are Fleeing California Along With Its Residents, And President Biden Should Pay Attention
What Happened:
A new study shows that businesses are leaving California in droves along with residents. Since 2018, 265 businesses have relocated their headquarters out of the state.
Why You Should Care:
Businesses leaving should come as no surprise. Under years of liberal leadership, California has seen massive increases in homelessness, stifling business regulations, and extremely high costs of living.
What Happens Next:
The California recall election is Tuesday, September 14, and Californians will finally have a chance to get rid of Gov. Gavin Newsom and his liberal policies that are causing so much destruction.

Governors Immediately Push Back On ‘Unconstitutional’ Biden Plan: ‘Will Fight Them To The Gates Of Hell’
What Happened:
President Biden announced last week that the federal government will mandate businesses with more than 100 employees "to ensure their workforce is fully vaccinated or require any workers who remain unvaccinated to produce a negative test result on at least a weekly basis before coming to work."
Why You Should Care:
Republican governors immediately vowed to fight back against this likely unconstitutional order. Mississippi Gov. Tate Reeves summed up their outrage best: "The vaccine itself is life-saving, but this unconstitutional move is terrifying. This is still America, and we still believe in freedom from tyrants."
What Happens Next:
This is only the beginning of the fight by the Republican governors, who signalled they will take immediate legal action against President Biden’s order.
