We need to keep fighting for a progressive vision in every single state.
Friend,
I’m William Tong, the Democratic Attorney General from my home state of Connecticut. In my view, our state is an incredible place to work, raise a family, go to school – and we have the best pizza of any state in the whole country (no matter what my Dem AG colleagues from New York or Illinois will tell you).
As the son of immigrants and small business owners, I understand firsthand the pressures that families are facing everyday, and it’s why I believe so strongly in the work that Dem AGs are doing to protect our communities.
I was born in Hartford, where I later served in our State Legislature for twelve years. In office, I worked hard to pass meaningful legislation on everything from reducing gun violence to protecting LGBTQIA+ members of our state from the dangerous bigotry of the Trump administration.
I ran for Attorney General because I wanted to serve my state – and I know that’s the exact same reason why all my Dem AG friends ran too. Today, I’m asking for your help to support Dem AGs across the country who are fighting for a better, safer, more equitable country. Will you donate today to help us continue to make a difference in our communities?

I’ve always called Connecticut home, friend. I grew up working side-by-side with my parents in our family’s restaurant, and now I have the privilege of fighting for my neighbors every single day as Attorney General.
I know that every single Dem AG has the same love for their state that I have for Connecticut (even when their pizza doesn’t quite measure up).
Regardless of where we come from, we all need to work together to keep Dem AGs in office during the 2022 midterms.
Democratic AGs truly are “The People’s Lawyers” and DAGA is the only party committee devoted to electing more of them. Since 2016, we’ve won two-thirds of our targeted races, and with more than 30 AG seats up for grabs in the next two years, we need your support – will you chip in today?
