John,
Did you see this headline in the New York Times last week? “Booming Utah’s Weak Link: Surging Air Pollution.”
Our bad air quality is making national headlines and our leaders have yet to make it the priority it should be. Let me be very clear: our bad air is a conscious choice made by our elected leaders who refuse to prioritize and tackle this problem.
I am tired of politicians refusing to take action on addressing poor air quality, and I know you are too. We need to change the status quo. This is why I founded o2 Utah. We’re getting involved at the best time to make change: elections.
We are also offering solutions. Next month we will introduce bold legislation to address our air.
Will you help us challenge the status quo by making a contribution of $20, $75, $150, or any amount today?
Headlines from national news like this make me sad and angry. But they also remind me we have to act with urgency. I’m sure you feel the same way. Your contribution to o2 Utah today helps us change those headlines.
In advance, thank you for your support.
David Garbett
Executive Director, o2 Utah
