CND supporters across the country will mark the International Day for the Total Elimination of Nuclear Weapons on September 26th with action at nuclear sites, as part of Nuke Free Europe's month of action.
This is an opportunity to highlight the government’s warped priorities – increasing its number of nuclear warheads during a pandemic while refusing to pay nurses and other care workers properly.
Take your banners, organise a die-in, arrange a visual stunt – anything to highlight your opposition to Britain's nuclear weapons.
Actions are currently planned for the following sites. And if you want to arrange something more local to you, just let us know ([email protected]).
We have Nurses not Nukes tshirts, posters, stickers and leaflets for you to use on the day – take a look at our online shop.
