Saturday marked a tragic date in our nation's history. September 11th is a date that will forever live in our memories and our hearts as a day we came under attack because of our beliefs and commitment to individual liberty -- in short, because of what our nation exists to defend.

Now, twenty years after that attack, we are grappling with President Biden's disgraceful withdrawal from Afghanistan. His chaotic departure left our allies and even American citizens in the Taliban's grip. His poor decisions put terrorist sponsors firmly back in control, and diminished our national security. As I wrote on Friday for The Federalist, "We broke our promise, we violated our honor, and we have invited harsher terrorist attacks in the future, with our own hardware."

The Biden Administration is hoping to put all of these catastrophes in the past and move on with its devastating domestic agenda. At the ACU, we understand that we must be vigilant against threats against our liberty, no matter where those arise -- whether abroad or at home by those who wish to take away our freedoms.

Delta Airlines CEO Ed Bastian has imposed a **“Vax Tax”** on his employees — forcing any Delta employee to get vaccinated or face serious consequences, including by having a $200 surcharge added to company healthcare plans.

Delta is once again stretching out the agony of COVID-19 lockdowns and mandates, pushing people apart instead of bringing them together. By singling out employees who have chosen not to take the vaccine, Delta Airlines has decided to make the recovery longer, harder, and less complete.
