On Wednesday, September 15 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Hala will be in the Mt. Vernon area for an outdoor reception at the home of Genie McCreery with special guests Congressman Don Beyer, Senator Adam Ebbin, Hon. Jennifer Carroll Foy, Del.
