My name is Kathy Jennings. I’m an attorney, a mother of two, an advocate for equal justice under the law, and I currently serve as the 46th Attorney General for the great state of Delaware.
I grew up right here in Wilmington, Delaware, spending all my afternoons at the Wilmington Public Library. I love this city and this state, and I ran for Attorney General because I wanted to make Delaware a safe place for us to raise our children.
In the two years I’ve been in office, we’ve already made real progress in reforming Delaware’s broken criminal justice system, preserving our beautiful state’s natural wildlife, and reducing our state’s prison population.
And we’re just getting started.
Democratic AGs across the country come from all different backgrounds, but we all have one thing in common: we do this work because we love our communities. Dem AGs are on the front lines pushing for progress on everything from reducing gun violence, to protecting vulnerable workers, to safeguarding our democracy from Republican antagonists.
All Dem AGs are united in fighting for a safer, freer United States. We’re dedicated to protecting our communities and staying true to our country’s promise of equal justice under the law.
We have strong Dem AGs running for re-election in vulnerable states like Wisconsin, Michigan, and Colorado in 2022, and we need your help to keep the fight going.
Democratic AGs truly are “The People’s Lawyers” and DAGA is the only party committee devoted to electing more of them. Since 2016, we’ve won two-thirds of our targeted races, and with more than 30 AG seats up for grabs in the next two years, we need your support – will you chip in today?
