Here’s what we’ve been working on:

Organizing communities across the state

Have you ever had a canvasser come knock on your door, or a phone banker give you a call to talk about the upcoming election? These are our talented organizers, and they’re a crucial part of winning this election.

Organizers know their communities better than anyone, and they are working hard to make sure folks have a plan to cast their votes for Gov. Murphy and New Jersey Democrats up and down the ticket. Your money goes to funding the team and resources to make this organizing program a success.

Reaching undecided voters

Undecided voters — or people who haven’t decided if they’ll vote this year — are the folks who can easily change the outcome of this election. It’s vital that we identify them and mobilize them to vote for Democrats up and down the ticket this November.

Gov. Murphy’s opponent, Assemblyman Jack Ciattarelli, and his Republicans allies are trying to do the exact same thing, so it’s important that we have the resources to reach as many people as we can. We need to connect with them wherever we can — at their front door, on Facebook, at the local farmer’s market — and that kind of effort requires a lot of resources.

Building the party infrastructure for the future

Elections have consequences, and they go further than the names on the ballot. This is our chance to invest in the future of the New Jersey Democratic Party.

We’re working to register new voters, bring in new volunteers, and to persuade as many people as we can. When we do this, we’re helping build a foundation of Democratic voters that will stay engaged for elections to come.

Now, every investment we make in New Jersey elections will pay off in November and beyond. That’s why we mean it when we say any amount makes a difference.
