John,
Today, on the 20th anniversary of 9/11, we honor the nearly 3,000 Americans who lost their lives on that tragic day and the over 2,000 others who have died from toxic 9/11 exposure since.
Every one of these individuals is an American hero.
As we honor the lives lost, we must remember the survivors who are still struggling today. The 9/11 Responder and Survivor Health Funding Correction Act provides medical treatment and monitoring for over 100,000 responders and survivors of the 9/11 attacks.
We must come together to make sure that these heroes get the care they need and deserve by passing this vital bill immediately.
Please join me in taking a moment to remember those who lost their lives and those who are still struggling today.
Thank you,
Carolyn Maloney
