We will never forget the tragedies that took place nor the lives lost twenty years ago. Our prayers go to those families whose loved ones would never return home after that fateful morning.
Our eternal gratitude goes to those first responders who, everyday, put themselves in harms way to protect us and keep us safe and to our service men and women who are called upon to risk their lives in far off places to keep our nation safe and secure. To those who lost their lives that September morning, you are forever in our thoughts and your families, in our prayers.
We ask that today, September 11th, we put aside our political differences and come together, as we did that day, and stand united as Americans.
We learned that day that no matter what our flag will always fly proudly and be a beacon for the world.
God Bless America and Her Heroes in Uniform.
