This is frightening, Team. Recently, the Supreme Court let the most extreme abortion ban in the country take effect in Texas. Gov. Greg Abbott’s egregious law prohibits abortions as early as six weeks – before many people know they are pregnant. It also allows private citizens to SUE anyone who helps people access abortion – and collect a $10,000 bounty.

With a 6-3 conservative majority on the Supreme Court, Republican-led states across the country are pursuing similar policies. But Democrats are stepping up. The DOJ is SUING Texas to protect Roe v. Wade, and Nancy Pelosi just announced that the House will vote on a bill that would strike down current state restrictions on abortion and prevent states from imposing new ones.
