Dear Patriot,

Yesterday, President Biden announced his most unconstitutional act of federal overreach to date. He is seeking to mandate large employers to vaccinate their employees.

This is wild. We all know that the federal government has no such authority to issue this mandate.

You know it, I know it, and even President Biden knows it.

Yet here Biden goes again, refusing to adhere to the rule of law and our Constitution. Biden doesn’t seem to care at all about following the law.

I know so many of you have reached out to us asking about how my office plans to respond. I am working tirelessly to defend your rights and stand for your freedom. Indeed, I fully expect to be in court challenging this federal overreach shortly.
