According to an analysis of the U.S. Postal Service National Change of Address by the Silver State Times,nearly 17,000 Nevada voters moved prior to the election but still cast a ballot from their old address.
Furthermore,The Timesfound that there were still 30,229 individuals on Nevada voter rolls who were still listed with their old address even though they told the post office that they were moving prior to the election on November 3rd.
