With just five days to go, polls show Newsom gaining a bit of ground against the recall. If we fail to defend him, it's likely that Larry Elder could very well become our next governor. He's on the record pledging to roll back COVID-19 protections when we need them more than ever. Worse still, he'd replace Senator Dianne Feinstein with a Republican if she stepped down or couldn't finish her term -- effectively ending Democrats' majority in the Senate.
