Happy Friday!

We may have hit a new low in the Biden administration this week. I’ll skip the thematic explanation and cut to the chase. We’re still working to bring stranded Americans home from Afghanistan, inflation is still rampant, the border worsens by the month, and now President Biden has decided to require vaccinations for employers with 100 or more employees. President Biden is failing the American people and shredding the Constitution. I will not stand idly by. The fight is on. Read below to learn about the important happenings of the week:


End the Unconstitutional Proxy Voting

I have rejected Pelosi's extra-constitutional extension of absentee voting in Congress and have shown up to vote in person because I believe that is the constitutional requirement. It's my job. The Supreme Court must protect the integrity of voting in the U.S. House of Representatives by overturning Pelosi’s unconstitutional rule change that allowed proxy voting. The Constitution requires Congress to assemble in person. As members of Congress, it is our duty to uphold the proper constitutional order and work for the American people from our nation’s capital. Release the Transcript

On Tuesday, I sent a letter to President Biden requesting the full transcript of his telephone conversation with Afghanistan President Ashraf Ghani. On the phone call, Biden urged Ghani to lie to Americans and the world. He wanted Ghani to "change perception" of the Taliban’s rapid takeover of the country. Over the last month, the American people watched a shockingly disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan that empowered the Taliban and cost 13 U.S. service members their lives. The American people are tired of being lied to by this administration and deserve to know if President Biden pressured a foreign official to spread misinformation. I call on him to release the full transcript of his call with President Ghani and let the public be the judge. Check out my full letter below:


Interview on Fox News 

I joined Martha MacCallum on The Faulkner Focus to discuss Secretary Blinken’s lack of planning in the withdrawal of Americans stranded in Afghanistan. The Secretary has a lot of explaining to do, and it starts with answering the million dollar question: where was the plan? We deserve to know why we still have American citizens stranded in Afghanistan and whether or not Secretary Blinken was listening to the intelligence community. Where are the Kids?

Today, I sent a letter to Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Xavier Becerra regarding recent media reports indicating that HHS lost contact with thousands of migrant children released from its custody. We want to know, where are these children? This is yet another example of the disastrous consequences of the Biden administration’s open-border policies. Instead of retaining Trump administration policies that discouraged illegal immigration and disincentivized parents from sending their children to the United States alone, President Biden has chosen to implement policies that encourage illegal immigration. The Biden administration must be held accountable for their disastrous actions and Secretary Becerra must give full account for these disturbing reports. Click on the letter below to read it:


Holding the Far Left Accountable

On Wednesday, I sent a letter to 14 companies requesting they preserve the communication and phone records of certain Democrat representatives for future investigative use. This request was in response to the January 6 Select Committee's attempt to obtain private phone records as part of its investigation into the events of January 6th. Pelosi and the Far-Left Democrats have acted above the law by creating a smear campaign to take down Trump supporters. Conservatives in Congress have to fight the malevolence of the Left as Democrats continue to attack on a partisan basis. That is why we called on these companies to preserve the phone and communications records of Democrat representatives. It’s time the Far Left lives under the same rules and standards they impose.


The Jan. 6 “Smear Campaign” Committee

The Jan. 6 Select Committee formed by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is on a political witch-hunt. Who is surprised? This is the same crew that spent years perpetuating a false narrative that then-candidate Donald Trump colluded with the Russians to steal the 2016 presidential election. That effort collapsed because that particular witch-hunt committee concluded the allegations were untrue. But here we are again, fighting off Pelosi’s bogus claims and distorted narrative by her smear campaign of a committee against those who supported Trump. Interview on OANN

I joined Dan Ball on OANN’s Real America to discuss the latest findings on the funding for gain-of-function research. The more we learn about COVID, the more apparent it becomes that the pro-Biden public health bureaucracy misled Americans about ‘gain of function’ research in the Wuhan lab. Even though the evidence is incriminating, the media and Far Left Democrats continue giving Dr. Fauci, NIAID, and the CDC a pass. Check out my full interview below.  



9/11 Tribute

Tomorrow will be a solemn day for all Americans, young and old. 20 years ago, the worst terror attack on U.S. soil was carried out. The events that occurred on September 11, 2001, forever changed American history. We mourn the loss of life on that day and remember that freedom comes at a price. Let this anniversary serve as a reminder that we must guard our blessings closely and never forget that what makes our country great makes us a target to evil. But nevertheless, 9/11 was a day that showed the world what America is made of, and why these attacks would never destroy the foundation of this republic. May God continue to bless this country.
