Here’s the thing: our voting rights are under attack from the right, and they’re doing everything in their power to stall our progress in Congress. The truth is that if Republicans gain power in the midterms, they will start by rolling back every gain we’ve made.

Too many Republicans don’t respect science — from vaccines and masks to the climate crisis we’re already seeing drastically affect our communities.

They don’t appreciate that healthcare decisions of all kinds are something that should be kept between a person and their doctor — the government has no place in that discussion.

As someone with a medical background, this couldn’t be more concerning to me. I want to ensure that we can keep making progress against these threats, but we must hold our majority to do so.
