Congressional Democrats have BLOCKED efforts to officially label the Taliban a terrorist organization. 

The Democrats have made it clear that they would rather placate the Taliban than hold them accountable. Here's why: 

➡️  Democrats want to give the Taliban "economic aid" (i.e., ransom to extract American citizens that THEY ABANDONED).
