Fighting the climate crisis is smart economic policy, and it’s one of the

polluters in decades—and in some cases, it’s been a century—a move that
costs working families billions of dollars.

Taxpayers shouldn't have to subsidize pollution,

bill that would finally update royalty and rental rates so families get a
fair return.

Between Hurricane Ida on the Gulf Coast and the Caldor Fire near Lake
Tahoe, we’ve seen this year how catastrophic the consequences of climate
change can be.
