Club for Growth, a far-right super PAC, is already getting involved in the North Carolina Senate race to try to buy this seat.
They started spending earlier this summer, and now they just announced a brand new $1.4 million television and digital ad buy to prop up our opponent Ted Budd.
Ted Budd is Donald Trump’s hand-picked candidate, and special interests, like the Club for Growth, know that he’ll rubber-stamp their extreme agenda.
This is a clear sign of how important this race is — but also how expensive it’s likely to get. Republicans and their super PACs are willing to spend limitless sums of money to try to drown us out, and it is up to us to make sure that doesn’t happen.
