your preparation for ministry. Explore
some special ways that North Park Theological Seminary is equipping students
for ministries of restorative justice below.
The
School of Restorative Arts at North Park Theological Seminary is housed in
Stateville Correctional Center, where
free and incarcerated students study
together and work toward a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry with
Restorative Arts Track. A
four-course Certificate in Transformative Justice is also available. Students
study positive race relations, cultural differences, non-violent
communication, deepening of one’s faith, and servant leadership.

Transformative
Justice Certificate
The Transformative Justice Certificate,
offered inside Stateville Correctional Center, can be taken as a stand-alone
Certificate or combined with any of our traditional on-campus degree programs. Students can also enroll in the Master of
Arts in Christian Ministry, Restorative Arts Track degree program, offered
entirely inside Stateville Correctional Center in a blended classroom.
