Since our primary election last month, this grassroots team has stepped up in ways I couldn’t have even imagined. Your support has helped us build the critical momentum we need to power through the last two months of this race. But we can’t slow down for even a moment, friend.

Friend, I always knew this race would be an uphill battle, but I’m used to defying the odds. When I first ran for the Ohio statehouse, I proved every political insider wrong and flipped a seat a Republican won by 21% in the previous election.

We did that by building a grassroots movement of people like you doing what they can and giving what they can, and that’s exactly what will power this campaign to victory in less than two months.

I joined this race because I believe that Ohio’s working families deserve an independent voice fighting for them in Washington -- not an out-of-touch career lobbyist who is beholden to big special interests. But I can’t win this thing without you.
