Earlier this afternoon, Joe Biden announced that he is weaponizing the federal
agency OSHA to force all companies with 100+ employees to either mandate
vaccines or test their employees for COVID at least once per week.


Let me be clear: this is one of the most tyrannical overreaches of government
power I have ever seen.  

 

This new ultimatum from the Biden administration will impact over 80 million
workers in private sector businesses, including The Daily Wire. Companies that
refuse to comply will face up to $14,000 in fines for each violation. They are
trying to bully into submission any company that refuses to bend the knee to
this tyranny.

 

Because the stakes are so high, I suspect most businesses will comply with
Biden’s unconstitutional edict.

 

Not us. 


The Daily Wire will not comply with this tyrannical vaccine mandate.


Our legal team is already preparing for a potential lawsuit against the Biden
administration. We know this will be a true “David vs. Goliath” battle. We’re
going up against the full weight of the federal government with its endless
resources. This could be a very costly fight.


But the cost to our country if we don’t fight back would be even higher.


We’ve watched over the past year and a half as Americans have ceded their
freedoms to wannabe tyrants like Anthony Fauci. From the forced masking of
children in schools to the government-mandated lockdowns that crushed so many

Americans have accepted the trampling of their God-given rights. 

 

Enough. It’s time for Americans to fight back. It’s time for us to stand up to
the authoritarian bureaucrats who seek to control our lives.
