Armed with a strong work ethic instilled by his parents -- a police officer and a sewing factory worker -- Bill became a distinguished attorney known for providing a large volume of legal services free of charge for the less fortunate in his rural community. He’s running to represent the Valley on a platform of expanding affordable health care and investing in our infrastructure.

Blakely Lockhart was born and raised in Henrico County -- and she thinks the hardworking people where she’s from deserve a real leader on their side, not another partisan politician. The daughter of a frontline worker and a recent graduate in the medical field, Blakely is uniquely qualified to stand up for her community on issues like health care, education, and more.
