In a 5-4 decision, the Supreme Court allowed Governor Abbott’s law to go into effect in Texas while the case continues to be litigated in lower courts.

With the Supreme Court set to hear a direct challenge to Roe v. Wade this fall, the Big Abortion Lobby is now going into attack mode -- and has made Governor Abbott and the state of Texas their latest target.

Not only have Nancy Pelosi and Joe Biden vowed to use the powers of Congress to fight back, but pro-abortion cities, states, and corporations are also threatening to financially hurt Texas.
