Last week, the Supreme Court refused to block an outrageous anti-choice law in Texas banning abortions after just six weeks — before most women even know they’re pregnant.
The decision was 5-4.
Among the justices deciding to block reproductive rights in Texas were three of Donald Trump’s appointments: Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett — that’s right, the justice whose nomination Mitch McConnell rushed through the Senate after 65 million votes had already been cast in the 2020 election.
One thing is crystal clear to me: We cannot afford to lose the Senate majority and hand the gavel back to McConnell and let him continue to appoint right-wing, anti-choice judges across the country.
If you’re with me, please consider adding a donation to our campaign to keep the Senate majority out of Mitch McConnell’s hands. It’s more important than ever that we protect our fragile majority and appoint pro-choice judges who can protect our rights at every level.
