The fact of the matter is that we're behind on raising the money we need to win this race, and other candidates have more cash than we do.

We're in a tight race, no one can deny that. But I still believe we're in the best position to beat Donald Trump and win the battle to restore the soul of our nation.

And people across the country agree -- we're beating Trump in more than 70 polls nationwide.

I know I have you on my side. But voters who are on the fence in this primary are looking to see who can take on Trump and the RNC's $300 million machine -- and small-dollar grassroots donors are a critical measure of strength.
