The news just broke. The U.S. Justice Department is suing Texas’ Republican state government over Abbott’s illegal, dystopian abortion ban.

This is what it feels like to have leaders who will fight for us. And it’s happening because of people like you. Led by abortion advocates, Texans have rallied and raised hell and refused to be silenced since the moment this ban was put forward. We are demanding that our rights be respected -- including our right to access abortion.


Friend, Texas is still the nexus of Republicans’ attacks on Americans -- but we are also the heart of the resistance.
