Did you watch the French debate last night?
Annamie had the line of the night when she spoke on the subject of accessible childcare as the other party leaders talked over each other:
"I’m asking myself if all the men here will let a woman speak on an issue that impacts women more than others.
I also ask myself if there were more women who represented their parties, specifically as leader of the party, if we would have had to wait for decades to have something that is a right, and is necessary for women to work."
Do you agree, Friend? Canada needs leaders who truly represent their communities, and who are bringing innovative solutions to the table on childcare and on other issues important to the people of Canada.
