Texas voters are worried. GOP leaders have veered off into the deep end of voter suppression ever since 2020 and Trump’s Big Lie.
But this week’s bill may be their worst move yet. Texas passed some of the most restrictive voter suppression laws in the nation, expanding voter ID requirements, killing 24-hour polling centers, and severely restricting mail-in ballot access.
Unless we fight back, more Republican state legislatures and Governors will take the same moves to tip the scales in their favor. That’s why we need your help to put an end to this. [[link removed]]
Electing Democratic, pro-voter Secretaries of State is our best bet to safeguard democracy and protect everyday Americans from the GOP. But we need your help to fight back and defeat extremist candidates vying for these seats! John: Chip in $27 right now to support DASS and defeat far-right voter suppression >>> [[link removed]]
