Dear John,

Today, John Bercow, described Boris Johnson’s attempt to bully the Commons over Brexit as ‘repetitive and disorderly’. But the Speaker could have been describing the past three-and-a-half years of chaos that has left so much of the public in despair.

Going ahead with the Prime Minister’s proposals would not solve anything. Instead it would signal the start of a decade of hell in which the UK would be negotiating in a weaker position than ever. Indeed, if it’s taken three years to get this far, how long do you think it will take them to unravel a 40-year relationship with the EU?

The choice we must confront is between years more of this chaos or closure through a People’s Vote that could be implemented in just a few months and the result made legally binding for all the politicians taking part in it.

Let’s end the repetition and disorder. We have had enough of Groundhog Day politics. The only fair and democratic way of ending this crisis is to hold a final say referendum and Parliament should take every opportunity to make that happen.

Our childish Prime Minister wouldn't sign the letter he sent to the EU requesting an extension.

But 250,000 people have already signed our letter to the powerful, asking that the people have the final say on Brexit.

Can you add your name?

I'll sign the letter <[link removed]>

Send the message. Let's end this chaos and get closure by having a People's Vote.
