Trump's EPA is taking another step to destroy the Clean Water Act.
Nothing is more important for life than clean drinking water, but Trump and EPA Administrator Andrew Wheeler are proposing to take away your state's right to protect your communities and waterways from dangerous new fossil fuel projects.

The official public comment period for the rollback ends TONIGHT — and we're submitting more than 20,000 comments from supporters like you to make sure Trump and the EPA hear us loud and clear: You will not take away our right to clean water!
Section 401 of the Clean Water Act gives states the ability to protect their rivers and lakes from destructive federally licensed fossil fuel infrastructure projects, like pipelines and power plants.
This proposed rollback would not only put our waterways at risk, but it would take away an important tool used by people in states like yours — a tool we must have to stop the fossil fuel pipelines that would lock in another generation of catastrophic global warming pollution.
With your support, I know we can take all the means necessary to make sure that our water will not be sacrificed for the profits of oil and gas companies.
