Friend, I cannot mince words about this: The Trump administration's mismanagement of the U.S. Postal Service led to the institution's failure to meet the needs of American families and small businesses.

As chair of the committee that oversees the USPS, I am working as hard as I can to repair the Postal Service — not only for all who rely on its services, but also to support the hardworking postal workers who count on critical resources to do their jobs. We're making progress, but I need your help to keep the momentum going.

You see, not all of my colleagues share my urgency – and not enough Republican senators are on board with restoring the USPS to the strong and vibrant service it once was. So as millions of Americans continue to experience mail delays, it's up to grassroots folks like you to demand large-scale, bipartisan action from Congress.
