There are a number of Republican seats that we need to flip in critical swing states like Georgia, Arizona, Texas, and Florida. I know that we can win back these seats, Friend. We can replace these extremist right-wing AGs with Dem AGs who will protect our democracy and our communities.
The GOP will stop at nothing to hold on to power, and we need to show them that they are in for the political fight of their lives. Here’s a look at some of the vulnerable Republicans we’re targeting in 2022:
Extremist Republican AG Ashley Moody of Florida, who is fighting tooth and nail to push back AGAINST school mask mandates that would protect children.
Pro-Trump Republican AG Chris Carr of Georgia, who just joined a multi-state coalition of AGs trying to strip non-binary Americans of their basic rights.
Indicted Republican AG Ken Paxton of Texas, who is being investigated for abusing his office to benefit a wealthy supporter of his campaign.
Meanwhile, Dem AGs in vulnerable swing states like Josh Kaul of Wisconsin and Dana Nessel of Michigan are pushing to protect workers and consumers, safeguard our democracy, and work towards universal background checks on gun sales. But to keep making real progress on these critical issues, we need to flip these Republican seats AND protect vulnerable Dem AGs in 2022.
