[1]Cori Bush

John,

While many people spent the long weekend relaxing with friends and family,
Cori and her sisters-in-service continued their work to transform our
country.

Cori, Ilhan Omar, Ayanna Pressley, and Rashida Tlaib traveled to Minnesota
to join Indigenous water protectors in the fight to Stop Line 3.

Line 3 is a tar sands crude oil pipeline set to finish construction soon
that violates the treaty rights of the Anishinaabe by endangering their
areas of hunting, fishing, cultivation, and culture.
John, Cori is taking action from
the Halls of Congress, to St. Louis, and to Minnesota to fight for
environmental justice for the communities who need it most.

We're running out of time to stop Line 3 and combat the climate crisis so
it's critical we come together NOW to make sure our leaders take action
ASAP. Together we are calling on President Biden to stop the construction
of Line 3 and enact the necessary policy we need to tackle this climate
crisis.

petition calling on the Biden Administration to stop the construction of
Line 3?

Line 3 would destroy Indigenous lands, produce the pollution equivalent of
50 coal power plants, and plow through over 800 wetlands and 200+ bodies
of water. Enbridge, the company responsible for this pipeline, already has
a reckless history that includes more than 800 oil spills.

Let's be clear: It's absolutely irresponsible to build more fossil fuel
infrastructure in the midst of our climate crisis. The impact of an oil
spill here would reach St. Louis and so many other communities already
struggling with the challenges of environmental injustice.

Cori is helping lead this work – but it's going to take a massive
grassroots push right now to make sure the Biden Administration takes
action before it's too late.

John. Will you show your support and add your
name today to tell the Biden Administration to stop this attack on
Indigenous lands and protect the future of our planet?

Thank you for your support,

Team Cori
