Dear supporters,

All eyes are on Texas, after the Supreme Court allowed Senate Bill 8 to go into effect on September 1st, banning abortion after 6 weeks in Texas. This is the nation’s most restrictive law banning abortion, and a law like this has never gone into effect. 6 weeks is before most people know they are pregnant, and the law goes even further to create a bounty for anyone who wants to punish someone for helping someone get an abortion after 6 weeks in Texas.

We get to abortion justice when abortion is available, affordable, and supported for anyone who needs it. Antichoice politicians want to intimidate, bully, and punish anyone who wants an abortion or who helps someone who does.

Abortion funds and abortion providers need your help, as they work feverishly to get people the care they need. We need YOU to show up for Texans who are seeking care and being met with nearly insurmountable barriers.

Donate to Texas abortion funds who are working to provide funding and logistical assistance to help people access care - that could mean traveling out of state and having to stay overnight.

And support independent abortion providers in Texas and in other states who are accepting additional patients traveling from Texas to get care.
