Roe v. Wade | A Homework Help Video from the Bill of Rights Institute

Dear John,

Our latest video in our Homework Help series on landmark U.S. Supreme Court cases ([link removed]) is on Roe v. Wade ([link removed]) , one of the most controversial modern Supreme Court decisions. In the video, we explore both sides in the landmark case, and the key question of whether a woman's choice to have an abortion falls within the right to privacy protected by the Fourteenth Amendment’s due process clause.

If you were unable to join us live for our Tenth Period webinar, "What Do We Owe Each Other? Social Contract Theory from Past to Present," you can watch the recording on our YouTube channel here ([link removed]) .

We will be releasing new videos every Monday throughout the semester. Subscribe to our channel ([link removed]) to make sure you don't miss any!

Thank you for everything you do for your students,
