The Raleigh News & Observer just released a story highlighting Josh’s accomplishments as Attorney General of North Carolina that’s “earning him national attention.”

After leading the way in several landmark settlements, attorneys general across the country are taking notice and coming to Josh for advice on bringing similar challenges in their own states.

Meanwhile, threatened by the victories we’ve made on behalf of North Carolinians, state Republican lawmakers are now proposing legislation that would limit his authority and give themselves more power over his legal work.

It’s a testament to the success of our movement that lawmakers are trying to stop our progress and restrict Josh’s authority. But we won’t let that happen.

Josh will never back down from defending the people of North Carolina, and we hope you will join us in the face of these attacks.
