What is this "Great Reset" we keep hearing whispers about? Another kooky conspiracy theory?

It sure sounds like the plot of a sci-fi dystopian movie, but it's REAL and those behind it are not even trying to hide it. They'll settle for nothing less than total control over us all. Who even ARE these people who want to rule the rest of the world with their "benign" visions of a utopian society?
