Hello John,

I hope you're well.

I'm getting in touch to let you know about NYCI’s important new e-learning course for youth workers and volunteers: Online Safety and Awareness for the Youth Work Sector launching today.
ENROLL NOW [FREE]
Our Child Protection Programme worked with Webwise and An Garda Síochána in developing this training, so the content is tailored for you and backed up by a wealth of expertise.
The e-learning introduces you to key topics in online safety and the challenges that young people face online.

Time commitment and content

It will take you approximately 2 - 2.5 hours to complete overall. Across six modules you will:
  • Develop your awareness of the online lives of young people
  • Increase your understanding of online safety in relation to your work
  • Be supported to enable safer experiences for young people online in your work

Certificate

When you finish you'll have the chance to take an assessment and gain your Certificate of Completion.

I hope you find our new online safety and awareness course useful in your work, and I'd love to hear what you think of it!

If you have any questions, please get in touch,

Kind regards,

Sophie
