My Sisters and Brothers, as the daughter of proud union parents Labor Day is very personal to me.

Today, I hope you had a good day enjoying Labor Day with family and friends, and also taking time to appreciate the success of our nation because of union workers and our labor community. We must Build Back Better and rededicate ourselves to both strengthening and empowering union workers and the labor movement across America.

When we work together to create opportunities for the American workforce, we are working to make all our lives better.
