The time is now. We are in the last few weeks of this election for Aurora’s future. I am meeting hundreds of voters at every opportunity, our volunteers have been talking to thousands of voters every week, our mailers are reaching tens of thousands of voters every day. We are in our get-out-of-the-vote program. Aurora voters have their ballots. This means we need to call, text, and knock on thousands of doors. We can do it -- with your help.
We are up against opponents with hundreds of thousands of special interest dollars. But we are and can fight back -- with your help. We have a commitment to match up to $5,000 of the funds we raise by our next fundraising deadline -- Tuesday, October 22 at midnight. Yes, tomorrow.
