John,
Labor Day is a celebration of the American labor movement to honor and recognize the blood, sweat, and tears of those who fought tirelessly for worker protections, workplace safety, and worker’s rights.
Across the country, workers are organizing for safe working conditions, living wages, better benefits, and dignity for all. But in states across the country, the right to organize is under attack. We can't build a multiracial working class democracy without ensuring workers' rights or the right to organize. That is why we need to pass the PRO Act.
All Americans should have the right to organize and join a union, regardless of their zip code or who they work for. But in order to pass the PRO Act, we need to pressure Senators Mark Warner, Mark Kelly, Kyrsten Sinema, and Lisa Murkowski to get on board. Will you send a direct message to these four Senators and tell them to pass the PRO Act?

Right now, Nabisco workers are on strike in five states over greedy contract concessions. Earlier this summer, Frito-Lay and Amazon workers also rose up against corporate greed — but just as workers are rising, large corporations are fighting back with union-busting tactics.
If passed, the PRO Act would usher in the most significant expansion of workers’ rights in generations at a time where billionaires have exploited workers and taken home hundreds of billions of dollars in profits since the start of the pandemic last year.
The PRO Act has bipartisan support among voters, but it doesn’t have support from all Democrats in the Senate — yet. To have an impact, we need to push the three Democratic Senators who are holding out, and the one Republican who has signaled willingness to support this critical legislation.
Take action on behalf of workers this Labor Day and demand the Senate pass the PRO Act — fill out this form and we’ll make sure Senators Murkowski, Collins, Kelly, and Sinema get the message loud and clear:
