To all of the members of our Jewish community, I wish you and your families a sweet and happy new year!

For members of Georgia’s Jewish community, Rosh Hashanah offers an opportunity to reflect, both on the past year and on the year to come. And for so many in our state, this past year has presented some of the greatest challenges we’ve ever faced. 

But, as difficult as the past year has been, I believe that, during these High Holidays, we can all look toward the future with hope for change and the courage to make it happen. 

I hope that all of you who celebrate have a safe, reflective, and joyful Rosh Hashanah with your loved ones.
