Dear Supporter,
Following Richard's exposé of Southern Water (which you can watch here), this week's Sunday Survey is focused on Britain's Utilities and Critical Infrastructure.

The answers you give help us to decide which direction the party should take on these issues, so we hope as many of you can take part as possible.
Previously, a number of you have emailed requesting a "Don't Know/Prefer not to Say" option, so we have reintroduced that in this survey. Some have also requested a comments box, for those wanting to give an alternative answer. We regret that because of the sheer volume of responses, this just wouldn't be feasible, so please answer as best you can so we can get a broad idea of your views.
