Labor Day is fast approaching and here at the Young Democrats of America we will always join in solidarity to support our union family across the nation. We as Democrats believe in helping out our workforce by giving them a living wage, safe work conditions, and full benefits. The fastest way to achieve this goal is to let our workers unionize by passing the Richard Trumka Protect the Right to Organize Act.

However, 3 Democratic Senators still have not signed onto the PRO Act: Mark Kelly and Kyrsten Sinema of Arizona and Mark Warner of Virginia. Now is your opportunity to tell them to sign onto the PRO Act so we can pass it through the Senate!

Now more than ever is a crucial time for us to show solidarity with the labor movement. We are supporting union members on strike with Nabisco. We are pushing the White House to remain the most labor friendly administration in our lifetime. And of course, we are holding Senators Warner, Kelly, and Sinema accountable to sign the PRO Act.
