Friend, The Democrat agenda is bankrupting America.
Literally.
Just about everything costs more today than six months ago. MUCH more. Gas, groceries, lumber, cars, you name it. It’s a serious problem that’s threatening the stability of the greatest economy in the world.
And it’s all happening because Democrats can’t seem to stop spending trillions upon trillions of dollars like there’s no tomorrow.
The worst part?
They’re just getting started.
Right now, Democrats in the Senate are putting the finishing touches on a trillion-dollar bill that will fund Green New Deal initiatives under the guise of “infrastructure.”
With every oversized, reckless spending bill they pass, our national debt climbs higher, our currency becomes less valuable, prices skyrocket, and your wallet becomes thinner. It’s that simple. Friend, as a father, a U.S. Marine, and a Congressman, I’m deeply concerned with what Democrat leadership is doing to America. On top of burdening our economy with out of control spending, Democrats are making matters even worse by paying workers to sit on the sidelines while businesses everywhere fight to stay afloat. Many of them are losing that fight. They simply can’t afford to keep their doors open. Enough is enough, Friend. The 2022 midterm elections will be here before we know it and the LAST thing we can do is allow Democrats to hold the majority in Congress for another two years. They’ve done enough damage. With every misguided decision that Nancy Pelosi’s majority makes, the American Dream becomes more out of reach. We need to protect the American Dream for future generations to enjoy. That’s what’s at stake in this election. But before I ask you to invest in my campaign and give me your support, I want to tell you a little bit about myself, my life, and what I stand for. I’m a 7th-generation Wisconsinite, U.S. Marine Corps veteran, and a first-time father. I felt the call to serve our country from an early age and fulfilled a lifelong dream when I joined the Marine Corps the day I graduated from college. I served seven years of active duty as an intelligence officer focused on the Middle East and North Africa, and was deployed to Iraq twice to command intelligence teams in the field. I loved serving our country in the Marine Corps — it was one of the greatest honors of my life. But I kept growing frustrated watching the dysfunction in Washington. Congress should be a beacon of democracy and a symbol of hope for the country and the world — instead, Capitol Hill has turned into a physical representation of division and gridlock. I decided to run for Congress in 2016, and have been trying to fix it ever since. I ran for Congress because I believe my experience in the military prepared me to lead our district and country into a better future. I know the threats that we face as a country and I’ve spent the majority of my adult life fighting them on the front lines. Thank you, Mike Gallagher
