I'm deeply concerned, friend.

Reproductive rights across the country are being threatened.

This week, the Supreme Court rejected an emergency request to block Texas's extreme abortion ban, essentially gutting Roe v. Wade by blocking abortions after six weeks of pregnancy.

What's happening in Texas is not an isolated event. Across the country, we're seeing access to reproductive health care being stripped away by Republican-led legislatures. Right here in New Hampshire, a restrictive abortion ban was signed into law, with no exceptions for rape or incest.

The right to abortion and contraception is a matter of personal autonomy, economic freedom, and health. I will always fight for a woman's right to access safe and affordable reproductive health care.

That’s why I joined colleagues in introducing the Women’s Health Protection Act to guarantee the right to access an abortion. Will you stand with me and protect access to abortion by adding your name in support of this vital legislation? [[link removed]]

Thank you for taking action.

With every good wish,
Maggie Hassan
