Our nation mourns the loss of American service members in Afghanistan. They are in our prayers.
Joe Biden’s botched withdrawal proved to be a disaster until the end. As Commander-in-Chief, he should know that no American gets left behind. Now we have between 100-200 Americans behind enemy lines without a plan to get them back to our country. Every American needs to come home.
Biden’s leadership has failed our country, military, and our allies.
I want to take a moment to thank our veterans and service members who did everything they could to get their fellow citizens and loved ones out of Afghanistan. I know they haven’t stopped. For 20 years, brave men and women sacrificed themselves to protect our country and freedom. Their courage and bravery will never be forgotten. President Biden can’t take that away from them.
As we head into Labor Day, I urge all Americans to check in on our Afghanistan Veterans. They may need someone, or to talk to a friend.
