After I lost my first race for Congress in 2018 by just a little over 2,000 votes, I didn’t give up. I doubled down and ran again as hard as I could and won.

From that first run in 2018 to now, DFA members have stood with me every step of the way.

In 2020, corporate Democrats threw everything they had at me and they used their leverage to pressure my campaign staff and consultants to quit my campaign with an unequivocal threat they’d never work on campaigns again if they didn’t.

DFA immediately and unequivocally supported me. You never backed down in the face of threats and intimidation. DFA stood strong in your support and gave my campaign the boost it needed to come out on top.

Together, we took on the deepest and most entrenched corporate interests in the Democratic Party and won.

Now, I need your support again as I prepare to take on a far-right conservative Republican that just filed to run against me in 2022 and face numerous primary challengers that want to undo all of the progress we have made.
